There is no fee until such time the position has been filled. This enables both the company and us to walk away after 30 days with no commitments. We are clearly interested in performing and performing quickly. If we don't believe that we can fill the position, we don't accept the search.

Specifications: A position specification is prepared for client review and approval. The specification conveys the extent of the opportunity.
